I do not accept refunds if I have finished a sketch or more on the artwork, please keep this in mind when commissioning me. But if I have not started on your commission, I will be happy to refund you if needed.

I have the right to refuse any order.

If you need a commission done by a certain date it may cost extra depending on the date(ex: having it done within 1 week or less will require an additional fee especially if I already had other commissions to work on.

I may post your commission to my social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) if you wish to not have it posted please inform me beforehand, although it may cost an additional fee as part of my job is social media as well, however it depends how far out you would like me to wait on posting!

I may stream the progress of your commission (on Twitch) if you wish to not have it streamed please inform me beforehand, but once again it will cost an additional fee as social media is also apart of my commission work. I get more followers and commissioners when posting art and commissions, so if you wish to have yours private it will cost an additional fee (which is dependent based on the type of commission you have)

It is okay if you resell the vtuber model you receive from me! Although I would prefer if you would resell it at the same price you bought it, but I understand selling a model design that comes with additional art and such! Please just don't resell it an absurd amount above what was commissioned ^^;

You may stream with my said artwork or post it on youtube.

Larger companies or vtuber agencies pay additional fees for my commission depending on the commission and agency/company.

You are NOT allowed to sell my artwork or any commissions you receive as NFT's.

You are NOT allowed to put my artwork through any kind of A.I.

Please credit me if you repost your commission.

Completing a commission varies from commission to commission, but I try and finish them within a 4-8 weeks for vtuber models and 2-4 weeks for illustrations. I apologize if I take longer, I will always respond to questions and updates regarding your commission.

I will send updates during the commission. Usually I send updates in this order: Rough sketch, sketch, lineart/flat colors, final shading. For Live 2D models I send in this order: Colored sketch of your model, then in betweens of me doing the lineart and full shading (since I work layer by layer) If you would like specific updates on a certain part during my workflow please inform me.

After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work. If the work is fully completed I don't mind making changes, but if they are huge changes to anything like the posing I would have to charge you for an entirely new commission at that point because that requires me starting over. So if you need changes PLEASE do so before the final product. Color changes or small detail changes are usually super easy to do so don't be afraid to ask for those even if the commission is completed!

During the commission process, minor revisions are free (but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions). Major revisions before after delivering the completed work are not free.

Major revisions can be any of the following: change of clothes, additional animations, additional expressions, change of more than 10% of the model's layers, etc.

The price for any addition to the illustration or model will be discussed.

You must provide clear digital references of your character. Note, I may adjust some colors to fit to the theme of the drawing/commission. (I will never change a characters skin tone however)

I will not accept references described in text, you must provide a reference drawing as I am not designing your character for you (this is for non character design commissions)

I do accept custom character designs, so if you would like to discuss prices and details I am up for discussing.

If you do not specify a pose or expression I will not change much after the sketch unless you provide me with detail. I have an imagination but if you don’t tell me what EXACTLY you want then complain I did it wrong then it makes it a bit difficult for me so please just tell me what you’d like or don’t expect me to get it perfect.

Characters and additional props with a lot of details have additional fee(s) depending on complexity.

I will not draw any hateful themes (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.) or heavy mech

I can draw NSFW, humanoids, anthropomorphic characters (I do not have references however), Sonic (I have a LOT of Sonic references), female and male characters, children (I will NOT sexualize any characters under 18 or characters that look like children) any kinds of couples

I do not accept refunds if I have began drawing your commission, not even partial refunds so please keep this in mind when commissioning me. If I haven't started on your commission I do not mind refunding of course.

If you send a refund through a dispute without contacting me about it first I will not accept any future commissions from you as you will be permanently blacklisted. Please just communicate with me it makes things 10x easier. If you refund through a dispute when the work was started I will fight the dispute if I can and again, blacklist you from any future commissions from me.

I do not start or accept a commission until the full payment is sent. (Or the first percentage of the payment for vtuber models)

Payment plans will be discussed for commissions above $300, including vtuber models. I can do 50%/50% payment plans, 4 payments of 24%, etc. If the payment plan goes a bit lower than 24% at a time your commission will take longer to complete as it will be a lower priority (I dont want to risk not getting 100% payment and finishing a commission, I at least want 50%-75% before I complete a model)
